Sonnet's Echo Express SE IIIe is a compact desktop expansion system for Thunderbolt and PCIe cards that helps you connect three professional PCIe cards simultaneously to any computer with Thunderbolt 3 or 4 ports.

With its three x8 slots, the SE IIIe supports PCIe 3.0, PCIe 2.0, and PCIe 1.1 cards up to 7.75 inches long. Some specialty cards, such as RME's HDSPe MADI FX, Blackmagic Design's DeckLink 4K Extreme, or the Lynx AES16e 50, include a daughter card that can be connected to the main card and provide additional external connections. The Echo Express SE IIIe has the space to accommodate such cards.

Need extra power? Echo Express SE IIIe includes an additional PCIe power connector that allows you to install a card that requires additional power, such as z. B. the AJA® Kona® 5 and the Blackmagic DeckLink 4K Extreme 12G.
