High-speed network connectivity with 10GbE

The Sonnet Twin10G SFP28 PCIe Card adds high-performance 10 Gigabit Ethernet connectivity over fiber to computers equipped with PCIe slots. It features two SFP28 ports for reliable, high-speed connections and is ideal for demanding applications such as 4K video editing with shared storage. With SMB Multichannel support, both ports can be combined to deliver higher bandwidth and optimized network utilization.

For seamless network integration, the package includes two short-range SFP28 transceivers, enabling data transmission over distances of up to 300 meters. Optional long-range modules extend coverage up to 10 kilometers. The card supports teaming under Windows and Linux, allowing performance to exceed that of a single connection. Load balancing further optimizes network traffic, reduces latency, and improves fault tolerance by automatically rerouting connections in the event of a failure.

The PCIe card is compatible with macOS, Windows, and Linux and can be used in Sonnet Thunderbolt expansion systems to add 10GbE connectivity to computers without internal expansion capability. Installation is straightforward: simply insert the card into a PCIe slot, connect the included SFP28 modules, and configure the network through the respective operating system.

Both full-height and low-profile brackets are included for flexible system compatibility. The card is backed by a two-year warranty and lifetime technical support from Sonnet.
