The controller is compatible with professional DJ platforms such as Engine DJ, Serato DJ, Virtual DJ, MIDI Clock, making it easy to integrate into existing DJ setups. In addition, musicians and performers can automate light shows and add live lighting effects with Ableton Link or manually preset the BPM with the Control One.

1:1 Hardware Control for SoundSwitch

The Control One lighting controller provides tactile control over all SoundSwitch performance functions. Effortlessly trigger color and position overrides, switch between banks of automated lightshows (autoloops), create an elegant ambience with the subtle Static Look, and when the time is right, activate the strobe for dynamic visual effects that complement the climax of your performance.

Plug-and-play with Engine DJ hardware

Prefer to perform without a computer? Control One is plug-and-play compatible with Engine DJ hardware running on Engine DJ v2.0 or later. Simply connect it to an available USB port on the Engine DJ hardware and you have full standalone control over the entire performance environment, music and lights.

The software provides a MIDI mapping function to assign lighting effects to a standard controller, mixer or MIDI device for control. For the Soundswitch Control One, all software functions are already provided.

SoundSwitch supports two DMX universes with 1024 DMX channels, allowing you to control both small and large professional lighting fixtures.
