The perfect introduction to the world of professional recording
The Soyuz Session Kit is far more than just a microphone set - it's a well thought-out complete package for musicians, producers and sound engineers who don't want to compromise on sound and processing. 1973 FET - The versatile all-rounder
The Soyuz 1973 is a handmade large-diaphragm FET condenser microphone that delivers the characteristic "Soyuz sound" in a compact format. With its original S23 capsule, it combines warm, present mids, punchy lows and silky highs - without harshness or overemphasis. Thanks to its transformerless design and extremely low self-noise, the 1973 is equally suitable for vocals, guitars, Percussion or voice recordings.
An integrated resonator reduces unwanted resonances and acts as a discreet pop shield, making it particularly suitable for vocals and voiceovers. Thanks to the switchable pads (-10 dB / -20 dB), the microphone also remains confident with loud sound sources such as kick drums or guitar amplifiers. Thanks to its relatively small design, the Soyuz 1973 can also be positioned in hard-to-reach and tight places. Phantom power is required for operation, which is transmitted via an XLR cable. Robustly built and tour-proven, the Soyuz 1973 is a reliable all-rounder for studio and stage.
