The Sputnik Modular Four-Tap Delay / Dual Crossfader is a digital Delay effect module in Eurorack format. Patch Points can be used to create many time-based effects. The spectrum ranges from extreme cross modulation to subtle tape-like warble. This Delay has three audio inputs, which are summed in the Delay section. The delay time can be set between 0.05 to 2 seconds and 0.5 to 2 seconds in X10 mode. CV and FM inputs also allow the delay time to be modified. At the outputs, this Delay can be picked up at four different points in time and used for feedback patching or patched into one of the two voltage-controlled crossfaders.
Sputnik Four-Tap Delay offers three audio inputs (modular and line level) with volume controls and Peak indicator. The signals are summed and processed in the Delay echo/section. The delay time can be set manually or via CV, whereby it is 0.05 to 2 seconds in X1 mode and 0.5 to 2 seconds in X10 mode. An FM input allows AC-coupled frequency modulation of the delayed signals. Four different times (1/4 t, 1/2 t, 3/4 t, t) of the Delay cycle can be tapped at the four audio outputs.
Two crossfaders in the lower part of the Sputnik Four Tap Delay / Dual Crossfader allow crossfading between two input signals. Crossfading can be implemented manually or with a control voltage (0V to +5V).
