More than just a student guitar

The Mustang model was launched in the sixties as a student guitar by Fender, but over the years it has crystallized into an indie cult classic. Like all guitars from Fender, it has a sound rich in character and a high visual recognition value, so the Mustang should of course not be missing from the new Squier Sonic Series. With its compact poplar body, short scale length and slim 'C' neck profile, the Squier Sonic Mustang electric guitar offers optimum playing characteristics for all requirements, whether for beginners or simply as a light companion on the road. With its double humbucker configuration, the Squier Mustang offers crunchy rock, metal and punk sounds with variation possibilities through 3-way switches and Volume and Tone controls. Chrome-plated details and Hardware shimmer as a further highlight of the traditional Mustang construction.
