With the TC Electronic Hall or Fame 2 X4 Reverb, the Danish effects manufacturer is launching a revised version of the popular reverb effect pedal for electric guitar. Ten effect algorithms offer a broad sound spectrum, ranging from natural reverbs of different room sizes to classic bounce and plate reverb effects and even a trendy shimmer reverb with octave shaping of the reverb tail. There are also six memory locations for storing tone prints, while the pre-delay and decay controls influence the time until the reverb tail starts as well as its decay behavior. The innovative MASH footswitches with pressure sensor allow real-time control of effect parameters. Last but not least, the TC Electronic Hall or Fame 2 X4 Reverb can be controlled via MIDI and is equipped with a connection for optionally available expression pedals.
