Superstar Classic - Professional shells with an elegant finish

The bass drum shells consist of eight layers with a 7mm thickness, while the tom and snare shells are six layers, 5mm thick. Only the finest maple is used, the classic choice in drum construction. Unlike the Tama Superstar Hyperdrive, the Superstar Classic features traditional shell sizes with no shortened shells, providing a resonant, deep tone with plenty of power and definition creating a sound that stands out.

When paired with Tama Power Craft II heads, the fine 45° shell ridge ensures a sensitive response and dynamic range. The Superstar Classic shells are finished with a sleek matte lacquer for added visual appeal.

The toms are mounted on Tama Star Mount suspension system, which ensures optimal vibration and full resonance.
