The Tama MBSS55-MSL Starclassic Performer Snare 14" x 5.5" Molten Steel Blue Burst is a premium snare from the Starclassic Performer series, featuring a hybrid shell and Evans heads. The expertly crafted hybrid shell consists of six layers and 6 mm thickness, combining four layers of birch with two inner layers of maple. This combination delivers the clear projection of birch perfectly complemented by the warm, rich tones of maple. The cast hoops and Starclassic lugs focus the sound, while the proven MCS70 strainer allows for precise adjustment. The snare’s striking high-gloss lacquer finish completes its exceptional visual appeal.
