The Tama MKT8HBN Superstar Hyper Drive Tom Tom Drum Sugar White is a tom tom drum featuring dimensions of 8" x 6", a construction from 6-ply maple, black nickel shell hardware, high tension lugs and a sugar white finish. A full, powerful character and rich resonance is achieved by these drums being constructed from carefully selected maple shells, unique shell molding and the bearing edge shape. Hyper-Drive is the new standard depth size on tom toms creating enhanced attack, punchy sound and quick response. All Superstar rack toms are fitted with a Star-Cast Mounting System similar to Starclassic drums. This system offers total tom isolation and unhindered shell resonance.
