Connection module for professional audio networks

The Tascam BO-32DE is a powerful connection module designed to make professional audio infrastructures even more flexible and efficient. With up to 32 balanced analog audio channels, it offers a reliable and space-saving solution for fixed installations, studio environments or complex signal distribution. Thanks to its Euroblock inputs and outputs, the BO-32DE is particularly ideal where fixed cabling is required.

Maximum connection diversity - 32 channels with Euroblock and Sub-D

The connection module provides a total of 32 channels, which can be flexibly configured as inputs or outputs. For example, you can use all connections as inputs, all as outputs or any mixture of both.
This opens up numerous application possibilities: or 16 inputs and 16 outputs for a Tascam ML-16D or 24 inputs and 8 outputs for an ML-32D - the BO-32DE gives you complete freedom in signal distribution.

There are 16 balanced Euroblock connectors on the front, each transmitting two channels. The rear is equipped with four 25-pin D-sub connectors, each providing eight channels according to the AES59-2012 standard with the typical Tascam pin assignment. This makes the BO-32DE compatible with numerous devices, including the Tascam ML-16D/ML-32D or classic multitrack recorders such as the DA-98HR and DA-78HR.

Flexible configuration and easy integration

A particular highlight of the BO-32DE is its high degree of flexibility in signal routing: each of the four channel groups can be used individually as an input or output. This modular approach allows you to adapt the signal distribution exactly to your requirements - without complicated conversions or additional hardware.

Thanks to Euroblock technology, installation is simple and safe. The connectors are equipped with strain relief and cable ties to ensure a durable and robust connection. The robust design also makes the module ideal for long-term use in professional environments.

Space-saving design

With a height of only 1 height unit (1 U), the BO-32DE can be easily integrated into any 19-inch rack. The removable and reversible mounting brackets allow the device to be mounted either at the front or rear - perfect for installations with special space requirements.
