Tascam MiNiSTUDIO Personal US-42

The Tascam MiNiSTUDIO Personal US-42 is an audio interface that is ideal for Youtubers, Podcasters and Personal Broadcasters. The US-42 makes it very easy to transfer music or speech live to the Internet. Connected via USB to the computer (WIN, MAC), you can get started with the easy-to-understand software. iOS compatible devices require an optional Lightning-USB cable.

The US-42 features two balanced XLR/1/4" jacks with +48V phantom power to connect high-quality condenser microphones. Also included are a 6.3mm jack output for headphones, as well as two 3.5mm aux inputs for further, external sound sources. Active monitors can be connected via two RCA jacks. This interface handles high-resolution audio formats up to 24-bit and 96-kHz.

An "Easy Mode" provides typical presets for men's and women's voices whilst the “Expert Mode” allows individual settings to be made. Three illuminated, connection-dynamic trigger pads, allow assigned sound samples to be recalled uncomplicated. A red "On Air" button indicates the status of the device. The US-42 can be switched to the “Creator mode” where the routing of the signals automatically changes - the microphones are output separately to the computer - which allows for easy integration into the audio software (Cubase, Studio One etc.).
