The Taylor 324ce Baritone 6 LTD delivers an exceptionally deep and warm tone that immediately stands out. Thanks to its extended 685.5 mm scale length, it produces impressive bass response and an open, powerful voice with excellent projection. The solid mahogany top, back and sides contribute natural warmth and an earthy tonal foundation. Mahogany responds directly and dynamically to the player’s touch, allowing every nuance to come through with clarity and definition. The low end is full and velvety, while the midrange remains balanced and articulate. The result is a harmonically rich and resonant tonal spectrum that truly shines in lower tunings.
The guitar also offers outstanding playing comfort and features an elegant cutaway design that allows effortless access to the upper frets. The mahogany neck with a standard carve profile feels comfortable in the hand and, together with the ebony fingerboard, ensures a smooth and responsive playing experience. The 44.45 mm Graph Tech TUSQ nut supports precise intonation and comfortable playability, providing ideal conditions for chords, solos and intricate picking patterns. Satin black Taylor tuners ensure reliable tuning stability, while the ebony bridge, Micarta inlays and ebony bridge pins promote optimal vibration transfer and sustain.

Intuitive controls allow for versatile sound shaping, while the system effectively minimizes feedback. The Taylor Expression System 2 delivers professional sound quality with impressive presence and natural clarity.
The Taylor 324ce Baritone 6 LTD is as visually compelling as it is sonically impressive. The elegant Shaded Edgeburst finish in a silky matte satin lacquer highlights the natural grain of the mahogany and gives the guitar a warm, classic appearance with a modern touch. A distinctive Firestripe pickguard creates a tasteful contrast and adds subtle vintage flair. Delicate faux pearl inlays enhance the refined look of the fretboard and complete the harmonious overall design. The interplay of premium materials, carefully selected colors and refined shapes makes this instrument a true eye catcher, timeless in style and crafted to perfection.
As one of the world’s leading guitar manufacturers, Taylor has established itself as an authority in crafting first class instruments. Skilled specialists combine advanced production techniques with meticulous attention to detail to create guitars built to last a lifetime, often retaining or even increasing in value. This reputation is rooted in the careful selection and long term seasoning of premium tonewoods that ensure stability and durability. Only high quality spruce, mahogany, cedar or koa are selected for the tops. The same commitment to excellence extends to guitar cases and accessories, all produced to the highest standards. A thorough final inspection ensures that every instrument leaves the factory in flawless condition.
In addition, Taylor is deeply committed to environmentally responsible practices.
Uncontrolled deforestation and overexploitation have placed many valuable wood species at risk, particularly ebony and koa. Declining stocks and the resulting ecological challenges have led Taylor Guitars to rethink sourcing and production practices.

Ebony has long been favored for fingerboards due to its hard yet smooth texture and excellent playing feel. Its striking appearance also makes it popular for bridges, headstock overlays, bridge pins and bindings. However, high global demand and illegal logging severely reduced available stocks, and ebony was placed on the Red List of endangered species in 1994. For many years, only the deep black heartwood, which represents a small portion of the tree, was used, resulting in significant waste. To protect forest resources, Taylor has worked with the Crelicam Wood Mill in Yaoundé, Cameroon since 2011 to promote responsible harvesting and to utilize a broader range of ebony varieties.
“We need to use the ebony that the forest gives us” Bob Taylor
Koa has also suffered significant population declines over the past decades due to unsustainable forestry and overharvesting. To counter this trend, Taylor Guitars partnered with Pacific Rim Tonewoods to establish the Siglo Tonewoods project. The initiative focuses on reforestation and the responsible cultivation of koa and other native species in Hawaii. By managing large scale planting areas, the project enables the controlled and sustainable use of koa wood for future generations.
