With the new release of the Taylor 522ce 12-Fret V-Class electro acoustic guitar, the Californian manufacturer now establishes the popular V-Class Bracing in its Grand Concert models, resulting in great sustain and perfect intonation in all frets. The guitar features a mahogany top and produces a particularly warm and mids-rich tone, which is gently enhanced by its mahogany body. Thanks to the two-dimensional vibration behaviour of the top, which is created by the V-Class Bracing, the acoustic guitar intonates very precisely especially on the higher frets and produces a long-lasting sound. The sturdy mahogany neck with ebony fretboard can be played comfortably in all frets thanks to its short 632 mm scale length, a 44.45 mm nut width and a cutaway. The open headstock is crowned with precise Taylor slot head tuners. The Taylor 522ce 12-Fret V-Class is rounded off with a discreet Edgeburst finish and elaborate Century inlays and decorations. The guitar is delivered in a custom-fit case including the Taylor Expression System 2.
