The BiasMaster(TM) allows you to monitor the bias current safely and easily. While adjusting the Bias control pot of your amp the BiasMaster(TM) responds instantly indicating accurate readings.
The Bias setting has a dramatic impact on the amps response, break-up and dynamic character.

You could however, if you had the adapters, use a standard multimeter. Set to current. It's a nice one stop solution, if somewhat pricey. If in any way you're not sure of what you're doing, do not go messing about inside a valve amp and get a trained technician to do the work for you as there are fairly high voltages involved and TBF it'll probably cost less labour wise for a tech to replace your power valves and bias them.
