Although Turbosound describes the iNSPIRE iP300 as a "column" speaker, the speaker offers powerful, high-quality sound and optimized dispersion inspired by line array products. Thanks to the integrated 3-channel digital mixing console and a multi-channel 600-watt class D power amplifier, the built-in loudspeaker drivers are optimally driven. The Turbosound iP300 column speaker is ideal for presenters, small combos and as a DJ.
Weighing only 11.9 kg, the iP300 speaker is easy to transport and features comfortable Bluetooth stereo audio streaming and iPhone / iPad control.
Similar to line array systems used at concerts and outdoor festivals, 2 "neodymium midrange drivers/extended tweeters have been strategically placed in the iP300 columns to provide extremely wide coverage. The wide cover eliminates the need for monitor boxes for the performers and creates a more even, balanced sound backdrop that covers the entire room.
The 24-bit processor in the Turbosound iP300 is much more than just a selective EQ extension, it analyzes the incoming signal and applies intelligent filters to improve sound quality. It's like a sound engineer monitoring the input and output signals, adjusting the perfect EQ and fine tuning. All this together improves the sound image and provides a beautiful sound experience.
The Turbosound iP300 speaker has an integrated digital mixer with two combi jack / XLR connectors. These connectors are best suited for dynamic microphones and line levels of instruments. The simple and intuitive user interface consists of a single rotary pushbutton with the function keys Process, Setup, Exit and Enter. An illuminated display controls DSP functions including mixer parameters, 3-band EQ and presets. All settings can be controlled locally or via freely downloadable iPhone / iPad apps - and locked to prevent unauthorized access. The app is available for free at turbosound.com or in the Apple App Store.
Turbosound iP300I already have the Turbosound IP2000 which is excellent for medium size venues of up to about 150 people.
I also bought the IP15B Subwoofer which is also a great sub for the price.I bought 2 x IP300s
To use with this sub.
Have not been able to use them together yet for a function , but will do so at first opportunity I get .
Have set up at home and they sound really nice good base and hf.
Bluetooth stereo set up does seem a problem , speakers cut in and out intermittently.
Have tried two different Bluetooth sources.
Both speakers work ok its Bluetooth but only one at a time , not stereo.
Will experiment some more and add in results.
All in all I like the Turbosound brand . The ip300 looks very good and solid.Sounds great at both low and high volumes. I recommend these to be used with a sub if using for a small to medium gig.
Ok on their own for background music and speeches etc.
Unbelievable sound quality for a small to medium unit. I think paired with a subwoofer, this unit will sound even better. And service from dv247 was very good. The unit arrived a day earlier than expected. I will be using this unit for live music and DJing.
