The Del Cajon series from UFIP is a basin series that was specially developed for the Cajon. They can be struck perfectly by hand, giving the Cajon game completely different facets and a new complexity.

Together with the unique cajon pioneer Martin Röttger, the Del Cajon series was developed in a laborious process; it is perfectly matched to the interaction with the cajon and has an extremely fast response and brilliant, warm sound. Splashes are available in 8, 10 and 12", crashes in 14 and 16" as well as 10" hi-hats.

Of course, the Del Cajon series is also manufactured using the UFIP Rotocasting® process, in which liquid B20 bronze is poured into a rotating mould. The resulting blanks already have a bell. In conventional processes, the bell is shaped by hammering or punching; this stretching process places a great strain on the metal.
