This stylish desktop device adds a new level of options and quality to your Windows-based computer workstation for larger mixing sessions with high-end analog emulations. The UAD-2 OCTO Ultimate 6 comes with 95 UA-developed plug-ins from the world-famous UA catalogue, which includes Ampex, Lexicon, Neve, Manley, Fairchild, Studer, Fender, SSL and many more. Universal Audio's DSP team worked closely with the manufacturers of the original hardware to develop the UAD plug-ins - always using the exact circuit diagrams, the best equipment and the most experienced ears. This guarantees you the full warmth of classic analog equipment in your DAW. The UAD-2 Satellite USB OCTO Ultimate 6 has the massive processing power of eight SHARC processors and the USB 3 SuperSpeed technology used delivers reduced latency for the plug-ins compared to FireWire800.

The Ultimate 6 package contains 95 UA-developed plug-ins up to and including UAD Software v9.4. Neither direct developer plug-ins (third-party plug-ins) nor plug-ins released after UAD Software v9.4.
