Universal Audio UAD-2 Satellite Thunderbolt Octo ULT. 7 Universal Audio offers with the Satelite OCTO a perfect Thunderbolt DSP audio system for current Macintosh computers. The speed is clearly noticeable due to the fast PCIe protocol. It also lets you open more plug-ins at once than ever before. The sound of the UAD plug-ins is truly unmatched and plays right at the top. All effects are based on real existing devices. More specifically, the best of 50 years of analog. This sound performance is provided by the Satellite. You no longer have to fear that the computer will go to its knees. With complex productions this can happen faster than you think. Especially if you have to add some complex samples, which are played live or run along via MIDI, because you want to change the sounds. Keyword "Grand Piano" or "Realistic Orchestra".
