With the Valeton Dapper Bass Mini, Valeton presents a multi-effects pedal that is specially designed for the needs of E-Bass. The smart pedalboard can be roughly divided into three sections: Bass Amp, Boost Comp and Chorus. The former provides a professional-sounding bass amp simulation and, in addition to volume and gain controls, has a 3-band tone control for adjusting the sound. The 'Boost Comp' section is connected upstream of the amp simulation and offers a combination of a signal booster and a compressor to provide additional power or to skillfully absorb signal peaks during slaps. At the end of the chain is another chorus effect that can be adjusted in terms of Effekttiefe and tempo.
