The Valeton VLP-400 is a powerful stereo multitrack looper that allows two independent loops to run simultaneously. With a wide range of features, it serves as a versatile loop station for creative solo performances or use in a band context. It offers dedicated footswitches for Loop 1, Loop 2, and drums, along with two performance modes tailored to different needs. In Serial mode, loop sections can be triggered one after another and switched seamlessly. In Free mode, the loops operate independently. The intelligent overdub function allows multiple layers to be recorded in perfect sync with the loop length, supporting both precise layering and classic stack mode. New assignable effects such as Octave, Reverse, Freeze, Half, Fade, Once, Solo, and support for an additional footswitch place creative real-time control directly at your feet. The Valeton VLP-400 is a sophisticated all-rounder for solo musicians, songwriters, street performers and bands. It combines dual stereo loopers, an editable drum machine and expressive real-time effects in a clear, durable format. The VLP-400 features a 100-pattern drum machine with 24-bit, 48 kHz sampling that automatically syncs to your loop tempo or can be manually set using the tap function. Up to 99 projects can be saved, each allowing for six minutes of stereo recording, giving a total recording time of approximately 12 hours. Projects can be easily imported and exported via USB. Its robust metal construction, along with a wide range of connection options including combo input for instruments and microphones, XLR, MIDI In and Out, headphone output and MIDI control, makes it ideal for both live and studio use. Power is supplied via the included 9-volt, 500-milliamp power adapter.
