For tenor saxophone V16 metal

The Vandoren Optimum V16 Metal Ligature for Tenor Saxophone offers exceptional playing comfort and effortless handling. The included interchangeable pressure plates can be swapped out quickly and easily, allowing players to adjust both sound and response to achieve their ideal tone. The ligature holds the reed securely while still allowing it to vibrate freely, ensuring optimal response and tonal clarity.


The 1st pressure plate has a great resonance with rich, sonorous tones. The response is light.

The 2nd pressure plate offers an even more compact yet centered sound. The soft and balanced sound comes into its own here. The response is particularly light and direct.

The 3rd pressure plate offers a very large sound flexibility and variety.
