The Vic Firth 5A Dual Tone Drum Sticks (5ADT) is a standard 5A drum stick with a felt beater at the lower, butt end. This makes it interesting for drummer who want to experiment with a variety of sounds, and makes it easy to change the sound without having to reach to your stick bag.
The felt beater is great for cymbal swells, and adds a whole new range of dynamics when used on the drums. The tear drop tip makes for rich cymbal sounds.
