The Vic Firth TW12 Steve Smith Tala Wand Drum Rods is a set of drum rods, made from birch, with a 410mm length, a 16mm diameter, a PVC band, and a foam core. The Steve Smith Tala Wand drum rods, have a foam center, surrounded with twelve birch dowels producing an outstanding rebound and sound. These rods have a lighter touch and lower volume compared to the TW11.
