The Vicoustic Cinema Fortissimo VMT is the most powerful absorber in the Vicoustic Cinema range and is aimed at rooms where bass controlis not optional, but essential. With its greater mass and constant depth, this panel works particularly effectively where many rooms start to swim: in the lower and lower-mid frequency range.
More mass, more silence in the room
Compared to flatter absorbers, the Cinema Fortissimo VMT kicks in much earlier. A strong damping effect is already evident from around 125 Hz, which takes full effect from 250 Hz. The result is a noticeably tidier room with tighter bass, clearer mids and better translatability when mixing. With an NRC of 1.00, the panel is also suitable for demanding studio, control room and home cinema applications.
Ideal for corners and critical zones
The Cinema Fortissimo VMT can be mounted on the wall, but really comes into its own in corners. There it acts as a broadband bass trap with increased effectiveness in the low end. Precisely those areas where Bass builds up are specifically controlled without acoustically deadening the room.
Part of a modular system
As part of the Vicoustic Cinema series, the Fortissimo VMT can be easily combined with other Cinema Panels. Different depths create not only acoustically meaningful but also visually exciting 3D structures. The VMT surfaces ensure a modern, high-quality look that integrates well into studios, control rooms or media rooms.
Solidly built, sustainably designed
With a weight of around 6.75 kg per panel, the Cinema Fortissimo VMT has the necessary mass for effective absorption. The construction made of VicPET Wool, MDF, ViCycle and painted steel ensures stability and consistent performance. At the same time, a large proportion of the materials come from recycled sources, which also makes the panel sustainable in the long term.
