The Vicoustic Super Bass Extreme Ultra White matte is an uncompromising bass trap for studios, control rooms and acoustically difficult rooms in which low-frequency problems distort the Mix. Developed for corner mounting, it attacks exactly where bass energy builds up. The result is a much tighter low end, better definition and more control without the room losing its openness.

Targeted bass absorption with intelligent design

A membrane-based construction works on the inside, which starts to move at high sound pressure and effectively dissipates energy in the critical range between around 60 and 125 Hz. The Super Bass Extreme Ultra is particularly effective in the 75 to 100 Hz range, i.e. precisely where kick drums, Bass and low synths quickly become problematic. The diaphragm converts pressure fluctuations into air movement, which is then absorbed by a high-density layer. This immediately makes the room feel tidier without the Bass becoming thin.

Wooden front with musical sensitivity

The white matt front is based on the Wavewood design and is not just a visual statement. It also controls the mids and highs in the corner and prevents early reflections without killing the room acoustically. It is precisely this Mix combination of bass control and controlled absorption in the higher frequencies that creates a natural, musical feeling in the room, which makes work more enjoyable and decisions more reliable.

Modular design, practical implementation

The Super Bass Extreme Ultra has a modular design and can be stacked as required. This allows the bass absorption to be adapted step by step to the size of the room and problem areas. This is a real advantage, especially in smaller studios with pronounced room modes.
