Guitar effects unit from Wampler

The Wampler Mofetta is a successful homage to a MOSFET-based distortion classic from 1990. The pedal from the pen of US pedal guru Brian Wampler offers the same low-to-mid gain character of the original, which is located between powerful overdrives and moderate Distortion and is able to simulate the harmonic break-up of traditional tube amplifiers in an astonishingly authentic way. The integrated 3-band tone control makes the Mofetta an extremely versatile pedal compared to conventional drives and distortions, while the texture switch allows you to choose between the classic circuit and the fatter sounds of cascaded MOSFET gain stages.
