The compact, slim cabinets with vented sides can be positioned with versatility - even in tight studio situations.

High-quality components such as a specially manufactured Japanese ribbon, a powerful neodymium magnet and a CineMag USA transformer ensure the warm, detailed sound that can be heard on countless legendary recordings.

Sound character that tells stories

The Fen-tone stereo set impresses with rich bass, present mids and a gently rounded treble reproduction that remains free of harshness even at high sound pressure levels. Thanks to the frequency response of 30 Hz to 15 kHz (+/- 3 dB), every instrument is reproduced authentically and full of nuances - from broad electric guitar walls and room-filling brass ensembles to detailed drum overheads or piano recordings.

The "forgiving" treble tuning ensures a pleasantly warm sound without distracting sibilants, ideal for dense mixes and long listening sessions.

Integrated preamplifier - more level, more possibilities

Each microphone in the stereo set features the 26 dB JFET in-line warm lifter preamp, which enables active use and ensures a clear, low-noise level even with low-power audio interfaces. With switchable active and passive modes, the Fen-tone adapts to any recording situation.
