The Yamaha HPH-MT220 are a pair of closed back studio headphones developed specifically for recording applications. All components are designed and assembled in such a way that the best possible performance in the Studio is made possible.

Its closed "over-ear" construction prevents as much sound as possible from leaking into your surroundings. High quality microphone recordings can be realized without substantial crosstalk. The HPH-MT220 is clean and differentiated over the entire frequency spectrum (15 Hz - 28 kHz) due to its copper-coated aluminium tuning coil. This makes it possible to accurately analyze mixes with these headphones.
Extensive adjustment settings ensure that the HPH-MT220 is very comfortable to work with. Free-rotating earphones adapt to the shape of the wearers head and are also great for DJing. The ergonomically shaped foam pads ensure for a high level of comfort, even during long sessions. Its brushed aluminium surface gives a great look.
Yamaha HPH-MT220I use these to monitor edrums. Sound quality is good. They're comfortable to wear for an extended time even for someone with a large head. They feel sturdy and look good as far as headphones go. There are 0 knobs or dials, just quality headphones with a cord which is what I want. Would recommend!
