While the doublecut design implemented with mahogany body and set mahogany neck combines a beautiful modern-retro look with comfortable playing characteristics, Yamaha VH3 Alnico humbuckers with 3-way switching and dry-switch provide a rich sound spectrum. Resonant mahogany guitar

To give the Revstar Element RSE20L guitar a resonant and responsive sound, Yamaha provides the mahogany body with resonance chambers whose position was determined with the help of the "Acoustic Design Process". In addition, the C-profile of the glued, three-piece mahogany neck promises comfortable and unhindered playability of all 22 frets of the rosewood fingerboard.

VH3 Pickups with Dry Switch

The pickups on the Revstar Element RSE20L Lefthand are a Yamaha VH3n humbucker on the neck and a Yamaha VH3b humbucker in bridge position. Equipped with Alnico V magnets, the pickups deliver a powerful sound with accentuated mids and well-dosed assertiveness, which is suitable not only for fat overdrive and distortion sounds, but also for warm and harmonious clean passages. In addition to the classic 3-way circuit with general volume and tone controls, Yamaha equips the RSE20L left-handed guitar with the proven dry switch, which delivers crisp single-coil sounds without unwanted noise through an optimally tuned bass cut filter.

Tuning stable die-cast tuners and the "Revstar" Hanko stamp complete the headstock of the Revstar RSE20L guitar.

Indestructible hardware equipment

Last but not least, Yamaha completes the equipment of the Revstar Element RSE20L Lefthand Black electric guitar with indestructible hardware that promises long-lasting playing pleasure due to its unlimited reliability. For clean intonation and comfortable string action, the classic combination of a stopbar tailpiece and an optimally adjustable Tune-O-Matic bridge is used on the body.
