With the pleasantly flat pro, the five-piece maple-mahogany neck sits comfortably in the hand, so that on the 24-fret rosewood fingerboard every Bassline goes off with ease. Humcanceled Single Coils, 3-Band EQ and solid hardware

As pickup for the TRB 1005 J Bass Yamaha chooses two Humcanceled Single Coils. Equipped with Alnico V magnets, the pickups deliver a warm yet transparent tone at the bass amp that responds lively to playing technique, supporting expressive E-Bass playing in a wide range of genres. In addition, the electric Bass is equipped with an active 3-band tone control for precise customization of the Bass sound. The solid brass 5-saddle bridge of the TRB 1005 J Translucent Black not only supports the bass guitar's premium tone, but also guarantees optimal intonation and string action adjustment. Five die-cast tuners provide furthermore for an exact and robust tuning of the electric bass.
