The Yamaha URX22 in white is an audio interface for anyone who is serious but doesn't want complicated setups. or Vocal recording, playing guitar, streaming or podcasting. This little thing feels right at home and delivers sound that is clearly above beginner level. White metal housing, tidy design, everything is where you intuitively expect it to be.

Clear sound without detours

The URX22 uses two high-quality microphone preamps with a full 78 dB gain. This means that both dynamic and condenser microphones can be brought up to level with ease, including phantom power. The conversion works with up to 32 bits and 192 kHz and ensures plenty of headroom, clean dynamics and stress-free recording even with changing levels. Voices remain open, guitars have punch and nothing comes across as clogged.

Touch screen instead of guesswork

The 4.3 inch touch display is more than just a gimmick. Levels, routing, effects and monitoring can be controlled directly on the device without having to constantly reach for the mouse. Together with the rotary controls, it feels more like a small mixing console than a classic audio interface. This is a real workflow gain, especially when recording or streaming.

DSP effects for recording and streaming

Compressor, EQ, gate, reverb, amp simulation and other tools run latency-free directly in the URX22, which means you can shape your sound during recording or play it out cleanly and in a controlled manner during streaming without placing any additional load on the computer. Auto Gain and Clip Safe help you to stay relaxed even in hectic situations.

Flexibly connected, quickly ready to go

Two combo inputs (XLR / 6.35 mm jack), an additional AUX input, two headphone outputs and separate USB main and USB sub connections make the URX22 amazingly versatile. No matter whether DAW, streaming software or gaming setup. Everything can be cleanly separated and versatilely routed. Power is conveniently supplied via USB, so the interface can also be used on the move without any problems.

Software included

With Cubase AI, WaveLab Cast and the Basic FX Suite, you can get started right away. Recording, editing and simple productions run without additional purchases. For musicians, content creators and podcasters in particular, this is a great way to get started with a professional setup.
