I like the instrument and it arrived promptly. However, I stayed home on the day and time of the scheduled delivery, but it didn't arrive. When I left my flat some time later there was a note in the reception area, saying 'sorry we missed you' and informing me it had been taken to a nearby shop to collect. But I wonder why the delivery person didn't ring my doorbell? He/she didn't miss me, I was at home waiting for it.
