The Yamaha High Bb Trumpet YTR-9835 convinces with best workmanship for the demanding musician. David Washburn of the Los-Angeles-Chamber-Orchestra developed together with Yamaha the YTR-9835. Yamaha provides four leadpipes for the tuning in Bb and A, which were designed by Bob Malone. Two leadpipes have a shaft for trumpet mouthpieces and the other two are for cornet mouthpieces. Four hand-lapped Monel valves ensure very fast running of the machine. The hand-hammered, one-piece bell provides a full sound. The Yamaha YTR-9835 Piccolo trumpet offers even response and good intonation. Also included are a trumpet mouthpiece, TR-11A5 and a cornet mouthpiece, CR-11A4.
