The Zildjian 5A Hickory Drum Sticks Black-DIP Natural is a set of hickory drum sticks, featuring a black-DIP feature offering easy hold, with a 14.5mm diameter, natural finish, and wood tip. Zildjian's most popular model, the full-size oval tip produces full tone. The DIP material is a special coating that is applied to the grip area of the stick to provide a comfortable, slightly tacky gripping surface. This allows drummers to loosen their grip and relax their hands more, particularly in sweaty playing situations. The DIP coating also offers the drummer or percussionist an alternative striking surface.
