The Zildjian A-Custom Crash 16" Brilliant Finish is an crash cymbal made from a Zildjian cast bronze alloy, with a brilliant finish. The Zildjian A Custom cymbals were developed with the assistance of drumming icon Vinnie Colaiuta. They utilise radical rotary hammering techniques, thin to medium weights and a striking brilliant finish for a crisp, sweet, sophisticated A Zildjian sound. These cymbals are the perfect blend of bright and dark making them perfect for a range of applications. This special effects crash cymbal has a unique set of laser generated "cut outs" that allow it to produce a quick, dry and trashy sound used for accenting and punctuating. The brilliant finish makes this "must have" cymbal shimmer like any A Custom.
Zildjian A-Custom Crash 16" Brilliant FinishI chose the A Custom after a bit of research and listening similar sized crashes when out an about. Not the most expensive but a great bright sound when played hard! Definitely recommend it.
