The DT 1770 Pro MKII is a closed premium studio headphone, developed for professional demands in the fields of recording, monitoring and editing. The headphones rely on the innovative TESLA.45 driver technology, which offers clear and dynamic sound quality through precise bass reproduction, transparent mids and detailed highs. With a frequency range of 5 to 40,000 Hz and an impedance of 30 ohms, the DT 1770 Pro MKII is ideal for use with audio interfaces and other devices, including mobile devices.
The comfortable, circumaural design of the headphones ensures effective sound insulation, while the specially developed headband construction with memory foam ensures ideal adaptation to the shape of the head, making even longer studio sessions comfortable. The DT 1770 Pro MKII comes with two sets of ear pads: Velour pads for high-wearing comfort and synthetic leather pads for improved sound isolation.
The scope of delivery includes a 3 meter straight cable and a 5 meter coiled cable, both equipped with a 3-pin mini XLR plug. This enables a robust and simple connection, and the cable can be easily replaced if necessary. The high-quality materials and precise workmanship in Germany make the DT 1770 Pro MKII a durable companion for professional studio use. A robust hard case for safe transportation and storage rounds off the scope of delivery.

HEADPHONE LAB is free software from beyerdynamic that was developed specifically for DT Studio headphones and makes mixing and mastering much more reliable. The plugin calibrates the frequency response of the respective DT model to a neutral, studio-compatible target and supplements the whole thing with a realistic speaker simulation so that working with headphones feels more like listening to good monitors. There are two calibration modes available: a standard calibration based on a reference model and, for selected DT headphones, a factory calibration that uses the individual measurement data of your specific headphones. This allows for more precise assessment of stereo imaging, phantom center, and depth gradation, even in rooms without perfect acoustics or when on the go.
