The Beyerdeynamic Impacto essential is a high-end digital-analog converter integrated directly into the headphone cable. The Impacto essential works on all devices that have a USB host function, e.g. notebooks, PCs, smartphones or tablets. Corresponding connection cables are included in the scope of delivery. Thanks to the integrated, practically noise-free amplifier, the Impacto essential is ideally suited for use with low and high impedance headphones. Three models of the current Beyerdynamic range are available as headphones:

Connected to the player, the Digital-Analog-Converter takes over the complete audio signal processing of the player.
