8-channel mixer for desktop and Eurorack

The Assembler from Cre8audio is a compact audio mixer for desktop setups with the warm sound of classic analog mixers. The mixer primarily offers 6 mono and 2 Stereo channels. All channels are equipped with a level control, a 3-stage LED level meter, mute function and a gain stage with up to 20-fold amplification. Gain is accessible via a shift function.

All mono channels have panning and two aux send controls. Aux 1 is permanently assigned to Send/Return 1, Aux 2/3 allows you to choose whether the respective channel is assigned to Send/Return 2 or 3. The first two channels are additionally equipped with a very effective 2-band EQ with +/- 15dB per band; the two stereo channels make do with an aux send control.

The area on the far right of the panel is the master section, where all mono and Stereo channels as well as the return levels of the three aux paths come together. The volumes for Main Out & Cue (headphones) can be adjusted separately. It should also be mentioned that all levels are Eurorack and line Level compatible.

Due to its circuitry, the Assembler is able to reproduce the special sound of old analog consoles, which shape the overall mix with their warmth, character, slight compression and saturation. The result is a better sounding modern mixing console for electronic music.

If you prefer to use all the functions directly in the Eurorack system, simply remove the assembler from the housing and place it in a Eurorack housing, where it takes up 40HP of space.
