ICON Q-Con Lite

The Q-Con Lite from Icon allows you to have a hands on aproach to controlling your DAW.  It has a single 100mm touch-sensitive motorized fader that can be switched between the tracks in your project. Four dual-function encoder knobs, 16 illuminated function buttons, 8 assignable MIDI function buttons, and transport control provide additional control. It has Mackie control for Cubase, Nuendo, Samplitude, Logic Pro, and Ableton Live as well as Mackie HUI control for Pro Tools. A backlit LCD screen displays many control parameters such as its MIDI learn mode. A USB port allows you to easily connect to your Mac or PC.

The main features of the Q-Con Lite include:

  • 1x 100mm touch-sensitive motorized channel/master fader
  • 4 x dual-function encoder knobs (enter & rotate)
  • Large backlit LCD to display channel name, control values etc. for each channel
  • Jog wheel shuttle for fast search and control
  • Illuminated channel buttons including Record-enable, Solo and Mute.
  • 6 illuminated transport buttons including Play, Stop, Record, Rewind, Fast Forward and Loop
  • 16 illuminated function buttons.
  • 8 illuminated assignable MIDI function buttons (F1-F8)
  • 2 illuminated Fader buttons for shifting the motorized fader to different channels
  • 2 illuminated Bank buttons for shifting 8 channels up or down
  • Class-compliant with Windows XP, Vista (32-bit), Windows 7 (32-bit & 64-bit), and Mac OS X (Intel Mac)
  • USB 2.0 connectivity
  • Mackie control built-in for Cubase, Nuendo, Samplitude, Logic Pro and Ableton Live.
  • Mackie HUI protocol built-in for Pro Tools.
  • User self-define mode (MIDI Learn) for other DAWs such as Sonar.
  • Firmware upgrade available simply via USB connection and iMap software.
