The Gretsch G5422G-12 Electromatic Classic Hollow Body Double-Cut 12-String Single Barrel Burst is a twelve-string electric guitar that delivers full resonance and a distinctive, vibrant sound. The combination of six paired string courses and a large double-cut hollow body made from five-ply laminated maple produces a harmonic “jingle-jangle” tone that brings life to every song. Thanks to the 24.75-inch (628 mm) scale length and the “Classic C” profile of the glued maple neck, the guitar offers smooth playability across the entire laurel fingerboard. On the amplifier, two Gretsch FT-5E Filter’Tron humbuckers deliver brilliant tones that faithfully reproduce the instrument’s resonant character. The Gretsch Electromatic 12-String is completed by the Adjusto-Matic bridge mounted on a pinned laurel base, the stylish G-Cutout tailpiece, and precise die-cast tuners.
