Xvive M5 Wireless System

The Xvive M5 is a compact, uncomplicated wireless microphone system for stage, presentation, teaching, live streaming and portable sound reinforcement applications. The scope of delivery includes a high-quality dynamic handheld microphone with integrated transmitter and a separate receiver that can be connected directly to an XLR microphone input. For additional flexibility, an XLR to 6.35 mm adapter is also included so that the system can also be connected to suitable 6.35 mm inputs on active loudspeakers or amplifiers.

Transmission takes place in the globally open 5.8 GHz ISM band and operates at 24 bit / 48 kHz for high-resolution audio transmission. The frequency response of 20 Hz to 20 kHz, a dynamic range of 110 dB and a very low latency of less than 5 ms ensure direct, natural and detailed signal transmission. The range is up to 30.5 meters with a clear line of sight, making the M5 a practical solution for a wide range of applications on stage or in mobile use.

The system is particularly versatile when it comes to channel selection: A total of seven channels are available, including an auto mode and six fixed frequency channels. In auto mode, the system automatically scans the local RF environment and selects available frequencies for a robust connection. For setups with multiple systems, up to six M5 systems can be operated simultaneously via the fixed channels in one area; alternatively, up to five factory-paired systems can be used in parallel in auto mode. In addition, the microphone signal can be transmitted to several M5 receivers simultaneously if a fixed frequency channel is used.

Another plus point is the high compatibility of the handheld transmitter: the microphone head can be exchanged for compatible capsules from other manufacturers, including models from Shure, Electro-Voice, Heil Sound, Telefunken, Lectrosonics, Lewitt and Austrian Audio. The integrated lithium-ion battery is charged via USB and, according to the manufacturer, enables a runtime of up to 12 hours for the transmitter and up to 10 hours for the receiver. The charging time is approx. 4.5 hours for the transmitter and 3.5 hours for the receiver. The Xvive M5 therefore offers a modern, flexible wireless solution that is suitable for everyday use for users who are looking for a handheld microphone system that is ready for immediate use.
