The JAM Pedals Fuzz Phrase Si translates the characteristic sound of the Fuzz Phrase into a carefully tuned silicon circuit. The BC107 transistors deliver long sustain, pronounced harmonics and an exceptionally dynamic response, which, in terms of its reaction to the volume control, can easily rival high-quality germanium fuzz pedals. From open vintage fuzz sounds right through to singing leads, the pedal impresses with its transparent tone development and tight dynamics. An internal trimmer potentiometer also allows the bias voltage of the transistors to be finely adjusted to suit personal preferences.
