I was pleasnatly surpsied that no assembly was required, just unfold and ready to go.
The (five) guitars lean into the stand a little more than I had hoped for but that does mean they are more secure. Other than that it's really good - solid and sturdy enough from home use, plenty of width for the guitars, the padding on the bottom bars is more than adequate, and the neck supports (with a little effort) will slide on the top bar to accommodate the spacing you prefer. Excellent.
If I'm lucky enough to increase my guitar collection in the future, I'll definietly order another one of these stands.
Amazing product! Exactly what I was after. My step son is extremely happy with it and it fits all of his guitars of different makes and shapes. Definitely recommend.
I have 4 acoustic guitars both OM and Dreadnaught depth and it comfortably holds 4 guitars with space to take them off and put them back safe. It won't fit 5 acoustics because of depth. Seems well made for a home or studio setup, not sure if it would handle regular use on the road.
