The Tune-Bot Studio from Overtone Labs is a tuner for drums with a color display, modern design and simple operation. It is the successor to the Tune-Bot released in 2012. The Tune-Bot Studio makes it easy to tune the drum by clipping it to the hoop.
Modern design and LCD display
The design is contemporary and simple and the construction is very robust, so it can be taken to a concert to tune the drums without hesitation. The color LCD display can be operated safely and easily even in the dark. The scope of delivery also includes a sturdy hard case and a tuning key.
Simply tune drums: Tune-Bot Studio
The operation of the Tune-Bot Studio is innovative and simple, thanks to fewer buttons and a color LCD display. The pitch of the drum can be recorded as a note and as a frequency and then saved. The concept for tuning toms, snares or Bassdrum is very simple: the frequencies of each individual lug are measured and adjusted to each other. If the frequency is the same on all lugs, the drum is cleanly tuned. Furthermore, it is even possible to tune drums according to notes and to combine different note intervals in the drum kit. In contrast to its predecessor, the frequency range that is measured has been significantly increased, so even highly tuned drum sets are no longer a problem for the Tune-Bot Studio.

the Tunebot is a great tool to help you fine tune your drums. if you have not used it before i suggest going on Youtube to watch a video on how to properly use it, as it can be confusing with some of the readouts. once you have gotten the hang of it, it definitly is worth the money. you can then try out other peoples settings which is a lot of fun.

Seems to work pretty well, but at this price it's a luxury
It seems to work pretty well - can be a bit picky about tuning across the drum, but I just move it and then it's fine. Results are consistent, and the dial matches what I'm hearing.
Build quality seems decent enough, I'm not overly keen on the body being plastic, but it's not a big deal. The screen is bright and clear, the clip seems to work well enough. The little tub it comes in is a nice touch.
Overall, seems like a solid purchase. I've been tuning by ear for 15 years, this gets me the same results but faster - as an engineer, that makes it worth the cost, but for most drummers it's probably a bit pricey. To be fair though, Tension Watches are about the same, and I've always found them to be way less consistent/picky.
This tuner is very precise and easy to use once you get used to it. It is really nice to quickly make your drum kit sound good before a show or a recording thanks to the presets you can save in it. Very satisfied!
