Spark PEDAL in 1 Minute
Positive Grid Spark PEDAL: Your favourite sounds in a compact pedal!
The Positive Grid Spark PEDAL brings the Spark series’ amp and effects platform to a compact pedal format for the first time, ideal for the stage, the studio and simply for practising on the go. It features 33 amp models and 43 effects, which can be expanded via the Spark app to include more than 150,000 sounds from the ToneCloud. The Spark PEDAL is suitable for electric guitar, acoustic guitar and bass, and can be connected directly to a PA system or active speaker, or integrated into an existing guitar setup. The cabinet simulation can be deactivated if required, allowing the Spark PEDAL to be routed through the speaker of an amp or combo, for example. The Spark PEDAL is therefore a practical all-rounder that delivers everything you need for yourself and your sound, regardless of genre or playing style!
Intuitive operation and Spark app support
Despite its extensive range of features, Positive Grid prioritises intuitive operation without a display or nested menus. Five rotary controls and three footswitches provide access to the pedal’s key functions. In Amp mode, you can adjust the amp model, gain, bass, midrange and treble, whilst in FX mode the same controls give you access to drive, modulation, delay and reverb. Six preset memory slots across two banks are available for your own sounds. Colour-coded LEDs indicate, amongst other things, the active mode, preset and looper status, and battery level, whilst a built-in tuner eliminates the need for a separate tuner pedal. Full integration with the Spark app also provides access to ToneCloud and the AI-powered Spark AI feature, amongst other things.
Looper, tuner and stereo for every style
Also integrated is a 60-second looper, which allows recording, overdubbing, playback, stop, undo and clear directly via the footswitches. In terms of connectivity, the Spark PEDAL offers, in addition to the instrument input, two 6.3 mm stereo line outputs, a stereo headphone output, MIDI In and Out, and a connection for an external expression pedal. The USB-C port can be used to charge the Spark PEDAL, install firmware updates and connect it to a computer, whilst it can also be used as a USB audio interface at the same time.
