With the Advanced Acoustic series, the traditional Japanese manufacturer expands its acoustic guitar range by introducing a dreadnought guitar with a cutaway that delivers a warmer and more powerful sound thanks to its 5 percent larger body compared to similar models. The Ibanez AAD170CE-LGS Left-Hand features a laminated okoume body that adds pleasant warmth to the tone, perfectly balanced by the strong mids and trebles of the solid Sitka spruce top. A carefully designed X-M bracing system ensures quick sound response and a rich overtone spectrum. For comfortable playability, the guitar has a flat Nato neck with an ovangkol fingerboard and an extra-grippy low-oval profile. This design makes all 20 frets easy to reach and play cleanly, supported by a narrow 43 millimeter nut width. The tapered headstock enhances tuning stability, with strings running straight over the nut and a bone bridge inlay that ensures precise intonation across the full 651 millimeter scale length. Visually, the guitar is accented by a fine wooden soundhole rosette and a thin low-gloss finish that reveals the natural grain of the woods used. On stage, the Ibanez AAD170CE-LGS Advanced Acoustic Low Gloss Natural delivers a natural sound experience thanks to the magnetic Ibanez AP11 pickup system, which captures all frequencies evenly and transmits them to the amplifier without distortion.
