Clear communication for live broadcasts and noisy environments
The DT 797 from beyerdynamic consists of the closed DT 770 PRO reference studio headphones, the high-quality condenser microphone from the DT 297 headset and an innovative, rotatable gooseneck microphone boom. This headset has been specially developed for live broadcasts in very loud environments, as well as sports events etc., where isolation from external noise, durability and wearing comfort are the most important decision criteria.
HEADPHONE LAB compatible
HEADPHONE LAB is a free software from beyerdynamic that has been specially developed for DT Studio headphones and makes mixing and mastering work much safer. The plugin calibrates the frequency response of the respective DT model to a neutral, studio-suitable target and adds a realistic loudspeaker simulation to make working with headphones feel more like a good monitor monitoring. Two types of calibration are available: a standard calibration based on a reference model and, for selected DT headphones, a Factory calibration that works with the individual measurement data of your specific headphones. Stereo imaging, phantom center and bass response can thus be assessed more precisely, even in rooms without perfect acoustics or on the move.
