Met de Gretsch G2622T Streamliner Center Block Bigsby VintageWhite presenteert het Amerikaanse bedrijf eensemi-akoestische elektrische gitaar waarvan het kenmerkende geluid perfect is voor Blues en rock. De grote semi-holle body belooft een warm, resonerend geluid dat niet gevoelig is voor feedback dankzij het massief sparrenhoutenmiddenblok. Aan de versterker leveren de twee heter gewonden Gretsch Broad'Tron humbuckers een karaktervol geluid met levendige dynamiek, waarvan de vocale middentonen en briljante hoge tonen elke noot een enorme assertiviteit geven. Gretsch G2622TG Streamliner Center Block with Bigsby Vintage White
It is a stunning guitar. I wanted to replace my Sire 335 model because I never got used to it and it is too heavy. This Gretsch is a lot lighter and the strap button is at a much better place. Playing the Sire - with the strap button on the neck pocket - I always have the feeling the guitar wants to fall forward... It's also made in Indonesia where a lot of fantastic guitars come from these days. Didn't plug it in yet. The Bigsby is a bit stiff to my taste and the strings are too thin for me. It feels fantastic in my hands. Very good price as well, extremely happy !
