De QPM van Rides in the Storm is een passief, viervoudig veelvoud met één ingang en drie uitgangen elk. De ingangen A en B en ook C en D zijn met elkaar genormaliseerd, zodat zesvoudige kopieën van een signaal mogelijk zijn. Door zijn passieve constructie is de QPM even geschikt voor alle signalen in een modulair systeem.
I love that it's passive, makes it easy to move around modular systems without having to re-arrange all the power cables. Since multiplying in this case means spreading out the voltage over multiple outputs, it's not a good choice for precise CV multiplication. I mainly use it as a clock multiplier though, and that works great.
